The Momentum Behind Mandatory Disclosure<\/strong><\/h2>\n

From 2025 onward, Hong Kong\u2019s corporate sustainability landscape is being shaped by data credibility, global standards, and disclosure transparency.<\/p>\n

Key findings highlight solid progress:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • More than 90% of issuers reported on all Environmental and Social aspects.<\/li>\n
  • Nearly all large-cap issuers referenced at least one international ESG framework.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    The regulatory lens has shifted \u2014 away from \u201cDid you report?\u201d to \u201cHow well did you report?\u201d. Quality, comparability, and auditability are now the benchmarks. Hong Kong is moving decisively from voluntary ESG narratives to standardized, rules-based disclosure.<\/p>\n
