One sets out&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ifrs.org\/content\/dam\/ifrs\/project\/general-sustainability-related-disclosures\/exposure-draft-ifrs-s1-general-requirements-for-disclosure-of-sustainability-related-financial-information.pdf\"><u>general sustainability-related disclosure requirements<\/u><\/a>&nbsp;and the other specifies&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ifrs.org\/content\/dam\/ifrs\/project\/climate-related-disclosures\/issb-exposure-draft-2022-2-climate-related-disclosures.pdf\"><u>climate-related disclosure requirements<\/u><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The proposed standards set out requirements for disclosure of material information about a company\u2019s significant sustainability-related risks and opportunities,&nbsp;necessary for investors to assess its&nbsp;enterprise value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The ISSB is seeking feedback on the proposals over a 120-day <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ifrs.org\/projects\/open-for-comment\/\"><u>consultation<\/u><\/a>&nbsp;period closing on 29 July 2022.
